In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “the Seller” refer to Obrt “I B M” VINA IVANČIĆ. “You” and “the Customer” refer to the person submitting a request through the website.
2. Scope and age restriction
By submitting a request through the website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. The website is not a standard online shop with immediate payment: it is used to collect requests for an offer, which we then process individually.
Our products include alcoholic beverages. We sell alcohol only to persons aged 18 and over. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and the courier may refuse delivery if the recipient cannot show valid identification.
3. How ordering works
- Request. You select products on the website and submit the request form with your contact and delivery details. Submitting the form is a non-binding request for an offer. It is not an order and does not oblige you to pay.
- Offer. We review your request personally and send you a written offer by email, with the payment instructions attached. The offer states the products, quantities, prices, the exact shipping cost to your address and the total amount.
- Acceptance by payment. You accept the offer by paying the total amount by bank transfer, as stated in the offer. The contract is concluded when your payment is received in our account.
- Dispatch. We ship the goods after your payment is visible in our account and confirm the dispatch by email.
Minimum order. The minimum order is 12 bottles (one box). Bottles may be mixed across different products. If your request contains fewer bottles, or a number that does not fill complete boxes, we may contact you to adjust the order before sending the offer.
We may decline a request, in whole or in part, for example if a product is out of stock or if delivery to the given address is not possible. In that case we will inform you by email.
4. Prices and payment
Prices on the website are in euros (EUR) and are for information only. The binding price is the one stated in the written offer.
Shipping costs are not included in the website prices. They are calculated individually for your delivery address and shown in the offer.
Payment is made by bank transfer only, to the account and with the reference number stated in the offer. We do not accept card payments or cash on delivery.
The offer is valid for [7] days from the date it is sent. If payment is not received within that time, the offer expires and the reserved products are released. Any bank charges for the transfer are borne by the Customer.
5. Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Goods are shipped only after the full payment is visible in our account.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from the day the payment is received. Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our control do not give a right to compensation.
Wine is shipped in boxes of 12 bottles, packed to protect the bottles during transport. Please check the package when it arrives. If the package is visibly damaged, note this with the courier at delivery or refuse it. Report any broken or missing bottles to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the package and its contents.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have named.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person you have named, receive the goods.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email or post before the period ends. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.
Return the goods to the address in section 1 within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. The bottles must be unopened, undamaged and in their original condition. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of return, whichever is earlier. The refund is made by bank transfer to the account you paid from. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them.

7. Complaints and liability
We are liable for material defects of the goods in accordance with Croatian law. If a product is faulty (for example a corked or spoiled wine), contact us by email with your order details and a description or photo of the problem. Please keep the bottle until the complaint is resolved.
Written complaints can be sent to info@ivancic-winery.com or to the address in section 1. We will confirm receipt and reply in writing within 15 days.
Wine is a natural product. Small differences in colour, taste or sediment between vintages or bottles, and differences between product photos and the actual label, are not defects.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper storage or use of the products after delivery, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our control.
8. Data protection, disputes and final provisions
Personal data. We use the data you provide only to process your request, prepare the offer, deliver the goods and meet our legal obligations. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Disputes. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that is not possible, consumers may turn to an out-of-court dispute resolution body or to the competent court. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where they live.
Governing law. These Terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the website when you submit your request applies to that request.
Language. These Terms are available in English, Croatian and German. In case of any difference between the versions, the Croatian version prevails.
