It is crystal clear and has a medium body and fine bubbles. Notes of peach and pear followed by lemon peel and freshly-baked croissant.

Gastronomic recommendation: Suitable as an aperitif. Easily paired with raw fish, clams and shrimps. Also white fish, pasta, risotto, as well as soft and semi hard cheese.
